Anastasia Krylova
In 2007 Anastasia moved to Italy where she attended courses at the Istituto Italiano Design in Perugia.
She was an active member of the Umbrian branch of the Italian Association for Industrial Design (ADI Umbria), participated in regional competitions and exhibitions. In 2010 Anastasia became interested in food design and designed a new form of pasta for Happy Hour presented at the national gastronomic festival I Primi d'Italia in Foligno; pottery for Design@km0.umbria.it exhibition in Spoleto dedicated to the Umbrian cuisine and artistic ceramics tradition of Deruta. In 2011 she received a 1st degree winner diploma at II All-Russian Scientific Forum of Designers for the article on food design (Moscow).
She was an active member of the Umbrian branch of the Italian Association for Industrial Design (ADI Umbria), participated in regional competitions and exhibitions. For her work she was awarded with Federculture special prize by the Italian Association of Cultural Institutions in Art Management (2014, Rome), Silver A'Design Award in Event and Happening Design Category 2013-2014, etc.
Participated in organization of Florence Design Week, Think Town Terni, the first festival of architecture and design in Umbria (Terni, Italy), Russian Design Pavilions at Florence Design Week, Beijing Design Week, Milan Design Week, 100% Design London, Belarus Design Award. Represented Russian Design Industry at the Singapore Design Business Summit and Singapore Design Week 2015 (Singapore).
Promoted Russian, Ukrainian and Belarusian design industry within the international publishing projects (books, guides, catalogues) which were distributed to European and Asian design weeks, international manufacturers and media: RUB Design Book 2014, Design For 2015, Guide to Russian Design / Milan 2015, etc.

Consulted regional leaders on design policy tools and local industries promotion. Initiated the first international design festivals in Novosibirsk and Samara, Russia: multirand project (pavilion of Karelian, Siberian, Volga and Moscow design), etc. To promote design thinking approaches Anastasia decided to act as the scientific editor of the Russian edition of Driven Driven Innovation book by Roberto Verganti which became a bestseller (Delo Publishers, 2018). Supported educational projects in the field of industrial design (Teens Product Design Camp, etc.).

In 2018 she formed the Guild of Manufacturers, Suppliers and Design Industry Experts at the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) as a GR-platform to strengthen the role of design industry and was elected its Chairman. Until the fall of 2020 she was engaged in promoting and supporting projects for SMEs in the field of design. Thanks to the successful organization of Moscow Design Pavilion at Beijing Design Week 2019, she became a laureate of the MCCI Award in the nomination «World promotion of Moscow design». Co-author of the coat of arms and blazon of the Moscow design industry.
Participated in the working group to prepare a new edition of the «road map of engineering and industrial design» led by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia. She acted as a moderator of the key session «Architecture. Urban Development. Design» of Woman Who Matters 2018, the international forum and award which gathered more than 3 thousand women on its site.
One of the founders of Russian Design Council, a digital ecosystem and strategic platform for management of intellectual property rights in the field of design. Promoter of new standards and digital tools in intellectual rights protection. In 2020 she attended courses at Digital IP, the Scientific and Educational Center for Intellectual Property and Digital Economy (Moscow).
Since 2018 Anastasia has successfully lobbied for Moscow's participation in the World Design Capital 2024 program. From November 2020 to March 2021, she was the coordinator of the Expert Council (more than 200 experts) and curator of Moscow BID Book at the Moscow WDC2024 committee. In April 2021 she participated in the official meeting with Srini Srinivasan, the President of World Design Organization that became a key event for the development of design policy in Russia.
Further, Anastasia collaborated with Women in Industry Association aimed at supporting women entrepreneurship, sustainable principles in management and business, diversification projects in all industrial sectors.
